I [REDACTED] PUTTING ICE IN THE MACHINEAND WHEN I GOTTEN TO THE FORTH BUCKETPICKING IT UP I FELLED BACKWARDS WITH THEICE BUCKET OFF THE LADDER LEAVING ME HITTING MY HEAD BACK AND BUTTOCKS SECURITY TRIED TO HELP AND ASSISTED TO GETTING MY SUPERVISOR AND CALLED FOR HELP... THEY CAME AND PUT ME ON A STRECTCHER AND I WAS IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM AND THEY DID TESTS AND GAVE ME MEDICATION AND HAVING ME TO COMPLETE THERAPHY.
