Elbow contusion A temporary shipping employee was returning into the Shipping Office. The employee tripped over the edge of the floor mat (runner) crossing the walk path. She fell to the floor her elbow contacted the ground causing an elbow contusion. She went to the ER after her shift to receive treatment and was provided a soft wrap to reduce the swelling in her elbow.
