Patient and I were doing physical therapy in the rehab gym. pt was on his second trial and pt stepped over the second cane and unable to maintain balance P.T. attempted external support not enough to maintain patient upright and patient falls to the right side and P.T. falls with patient patient landed on therapists right knee and lower extremity. P.T. right elbow was also injured in the fall.
