Resident slipped and fell in front lobby after she checked into kiosk. She stepped off the carpeted area and slipped landing on her buttock. She was wearing croc like shoes coming in from outside where it was snowing. Manager on duty [REDACTED] Maintenance Director on site and witnessed the fall. He did not see any wet areas on the floor in the lobby and wet floor signs were in place. Staff member did not report any injuries at the time and went to work as usual.
