Before the incident
Rolling up the hose after a water sterilization.
What happened
The technician reported that she smashed her hand in the reel while retracting the water hose after completing a water sterilization. She then walked upstairs to share this information with [REDACTED] who was also assigned to the aircraft but suddenly fainted in the forward galley. I received a call from the lead reporting that EE had fainted so I immediately headed to the aircraft. Upon arrival EE was seated in first class. I suggested she seek medical attention but she firmly declined and stated she would visit her personal care provider the following day. I then removed her from the workload to monitor her condition and she remained fine for the rest of the night.
