Lowering student from elevated position.

EE alleges [REDACTED] a student started scaling up the cubbies toward the ceiling and while lowering the child the [REDACTED] diabetic sensoron the back of her left upper arm hit the table behind her and ripped off but the EE said her arm itself did not hit the table just the sensor itself. EE deniedbleeding. These sensors do contain a needle. EE said no part of the sensor is still embedded in her skin. EE said her last tetanus booster was within the [REDACTED]. EE agrees to and verbalizes understanding of Self-Care Instructions for this injury; will call back if new worsening s s occur. EE advised to speak withSV or whoever handles work injuries at her Employer about the sensor itself and its status as a prescribed medical device personal property since she had aquestion about that. No manager available to close call with EE agrees to inform supervisor of Injury Recommendation Medcor Reference number.
