What happened
Employee attempted to lift up the cold dock plate with assistance from a Warehouse Personnel employee and the cold dock plate was stuck. In order to lift it open both the employee and the Warehouse Personnel employee pulled the cold dock plate harder. Employee experienced a sharp pain in his lower back while pulling the dock plate harder. The following day [REDACTED] when he started his shift he was helping to move a ladder and then his back felt like it locked up.
