What happened

At approximately [REDACTED] I was called to room 3702 in regard to a housekeeper who has injured herself and was bleeding in room 3702. When I arrived at the room I found that the housekeeper [REDACTED] was bleeding from her middle finger on her right hand. She stated that while trying to clean the drain of the tub for hair and other things that might clog it she was stabbed in her finger by something sharp. No needle-like items were visible in the tub at the time but there was an extensive amount of blood inside the glove. I aked Ms. [REDACTED] if she wanted medical attention to which she refused. Assistant director of housekeeping [REDACTED] also came to the room to check on ms. [REDACTED]. I asked Ms. [REDACTED] if she wanted medical attention to which she replied that she did not need an ambulance but she would go on her own to a City MD or a doctors office just to make sure everything is okay.
