Associate [REDACTED] reported feeling unwell while in the EDF. She described experiencing dizziness and numbness-like sensations. However no visible injuries were observed at the time of the report or during EMSs assessment. EMS was promptly contacted and upon their arrival all of [REDACTED] vital signs appeared normal. Initially [REDACTED] declined medical assistance and opted to go home. However as time passed and EMS had left [REDACTED] continued to feel lightheaded. Consequently EMS was called once again. At this time [REDACTED] has been taken to [REDACTED] hospital bus [REDACTED].
