Staff member states during shift endorsement LNA summoned to a guest fall on the floor in [REDACTED]. This staff member and another staff member were lifting up a resident from the floor to bed and suddenly felt that this staff members back popped cracked and was heard also by the staff member assisting with lift from floor. After awhile in the middle of our endorsement this staff member felt dizzy and vomited also felt a little bit of tingling numbness sensation of hands.
