What happened
Employee was feeling faint during company 's local fire drill. He was outside and asked a co-worker for assistance just before he passed out. The on-site security personnel responded quickly be calling the paramedics and assisted employee into the breakroom. The paramedics arrived and determined that the employee was probably suffering from dehydration based on his response and symptoms. The employee refused transport to a medical facility and remained on-site while performing light duties for the day.
