Before the incident
at approximately [REDACTED] associate [REDACTED] reported that while descending in [REDACTED] from the 43rd floor the elevator made an unexpected stop at the 30th floor where four adults and one child entered the elevator. He stated that shortly after before reaching the lobby level the elevator suddenly jumped or jerked unexpectedly. He reported that as a result of the elevator movement he sustained pain injury to his left knee and to the back of his neck. He further stated that a similar incident had occurred on the preceding [REDACTED] involving the same elevator.
