What happened
Employee reported to work at start of shift informing the supervisor that his left arm is sore and cannot work. Supervisor completed an incident report. The employee 's statement was during the shift the night before he was loading a sleeve of bottoms and he felt little soreness in his left elbow. It was not painful until he woke up to go to work the next day.
