What happened
Patient rammed his wheelchair into my back. I moved him away from myself and another patient. Patient 's behavior escalated. Patient started swinging his arms wildly attempting to hit myself and others. Multiple workers assisted with taking the patient to his room he continued to try to hit us until we got him into bed. Once in bed he started kicking and hitting patient kicked my face and neck as we attempted to back away then tried to get out of bed and continue to try hitting one of us.
