[REDACTED] was shagging a case from the [REDACTED] pick module and as he was pulling the case off the pallet he inadvertently stepped on the pallet rollers and fell backwards [REDACTED] said the incident happened at around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] but did not notify a supervisor until closer to [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] An incident report was filled out and [REDACTED] called Axiom who instructed [REDACTED] to go home and stretch and put a heating pad on along with aspirin ibuprofen for any pain Axiom was going to follow up with [REDACTED] in the morning to see how he was feeling
