Before the incident
Employee was building a shaded extension on the yard to do so he climbed onto a shipping container using a ladder and used the container as a platform to stand on.
What happened
As the employee was building said extension he decided to step on a piece of sheet metal to get a better angle (he was using the sheet metal as the roof of the platform he was building). Since the sheet was not secured it slipped from under him which led to a free fall of 9 feet 6 inches.
