What happened
Was on my way to clocking out but patient 's light was on so I answered it. Patient wanted to be repositioned. Asked nurse extern to help me pull patient up in bed. We leaned bed down in trendelenburg position and raised bed up and pulled patient. We were pulling different pads and didnt move patient up in bed. Tried again after verifying we had the same pads. Went home feeling some mild aching in back but was gone when I woke up. Went back to work [REDACTED] and helped turned same patient with two other nurses. While I had him turned other nurses went for blanket and patient was too uncomfortable from being turned that he pushed back. Since then started having tingling in right arm transient in pain but at most 5 10 in pain.
