Transferring uncooperative patient

While being assisted back to the bed from the commode the patient deliberately dropped to her knees at the bedside . The patient was actively having a bowel movement while she was on her knees at the bedside. The patients provider was called to the room to assist with medication review and orders. Myself two techs and [REDACTED] had to lift the patient from the floor to a chair and then to her bed. The patient was simultaneously lifted and brought back towards me with [REDACTED] lifting and me pulling her towards me to the chair to prevent the patient from falling. I then slid the chair close to bed and [REDACTED] and I as well as the techs transferred the patient to the bed cleaned her rolled her performed wound care vital sign assessment. Within minutes of the event my back started hurting. I notified my charge nurse my manager and my director of nursing immediately. I applied warm packs to my back.
