Before the incident
DA grabbed a package from the van through the sliding door. The sliding door of the van was facing the customers driveway. The customers driveway is on a downward slope. When DA Stepped out of the van his right foot made contact with the ground DA then slipped backwards. [REDACTED] right leg went behind him and his foot bent forward hurting his ankle. [REDACTED] Right knee made impact with the ground then he landed on his side. As a result his right knee was scuffed on which bled and caused his pants to rip too.
