What happened
Plate EE was removing was stuck plate from a skeleton. They used a magnet to try and lift the plate. The plate weighed approximately 127LBS. The EE shook the plate to dislodge it. It came loose from the shaking and dropped. It pinched the EEs hand between the plate and the table
