After an altercation with another person the other person attempted to flee the scene. Employee attempted to block the other persons vehicle by standing in front of it. The other driver then started driving slowly towards employee. The other driver then accelerated causing employee to go up onto the hood of the vehicle. The other driver then hit the brakes sending employee tumbling off the hood onto the pavement.
