Before the incident

EE was working on Plain Molding 7 and placed a bundle of finished goods on the conveyor belt While the EE was placing the product onto the belt the belt activated and pushed her right arm wrist area into the tunnel opening The [REDACTED] arm wrist didnt make direct contact but did make some contact with the metal tunnel opening they managed to slide their arm wrist out before it advanced fully into the tunnel The EE did not report the incident right away as it did not hurt that bad at the time The [REDACTED] the EE came into work and packed as scheudled for a short period of time before reported the days prior incident to their supervisor The EE claims that they went home and tried to selfmedicate the arm wrist as it was progressively getting worst with time When they arrived the [REDACTED] to continue work the motion and activity from the normal work routine was too much
