EE was clearing a jam on line 1 of Hot Press 5 tossing egg cartons onto floor between Hot Press 4 and 5 When he could no longer manage the jam the employee crossed the catwalk and when coming down the ladder he lost 3 points of contact and missed the last step When his foot stepped onto the deck he slipped on an egg carton and fell back on his right side hurting his right shoulder right arm (bruised small cut on elbow) and hit his head against machine guarding on Hot Press 4
