What happened
Two employees were on the platform at the decorator. One employee was lifting the door of the platform and the other employee had hand resting on the railing of the platform. The door to the decorator was positioned perfectly over the railing and then the employee 's arm was caught between the door of the decorator and the platform elevator. Employee suffered bruising and a contusion. Went to Urgent care where it was found that employee had received a fracture on the ulnar bone.
