Before the incident
EE was drilling holes into a piece of angle iron to create an adjustable bracket with a battery-operated drill. As the EE was reaming out the third hole the drill bit seized in the metal causing the drill to rotate towards the EE. The drill struck the EE in the face nose resulting in multiple facial fractures.
