What happened
Around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] drove his forklift up to the shipping office window and waved for [REDACTED]. He went out to check on him and he was red and stated that he was twitching and had a headache. [REDACTED] processed to ask him if he need medical attention which he stated he thinks so. After that [REDACTED] handed him a few paper towels and a cold bottle of water and I called the Supervisor to get his attention on the matter. The supervisor then came over to shipping to check on [REDACTED] and medical services were called. Medical team arrived checked [REDACTED] out then proceeded to take him to the hospital. The supervisor informed EHS and Plant Manager of the situation.
