What happened
The camera system shows around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] a Forklift driver who has been employed for just over 3 months went to load top frames into the Palletizer. When he pulled up to the area he got off the Forklift and proceeded to load top frames by hand. He was loading between 3-5 at one time. He did this a few times before walking around to the side of the pallet of Top frames. He then tried to push the rest of the pallet of top frames over using just himself to do so. When he did this he grabbed for his arm in pain. [REDACTED] was sent to the ER for evaluation. The hospital gave [REDACTED] Ibuprofen a sling and restriction to not use his arm until he follows up with an orthopedic doctor.
