Before the incident
[REDACTED] was beginning to shut down clean on line 18 around [REDACTED]. He was lifting the cooling tunnel lid first one after enrober and noticed the shock on the right side was broken at the bottom near the table. [REDACTED] called maintenance to assist and [REDACTED]
