What happened
The employee was asked to help open the cooling tunnel doors. When the employee noticed that the door didnt raise all the way he pushed up on the door and the locking mechanism unlocked the door and it started to fall. The employee tried to catch the door and the door cut the top of his hand in 2 spots and he susstained and open fracture.
