Employee [REDACTED] was inspecting the interior of a small cargo trailer in the metal hang area in the finish department.

While [REDACTED] was moving toward the rear of the trailer to continue examining it the weight shifted due to uneven weight distribution.

As a result the front of the trailer begun to tip instinctively Tyresha braced herself grabbing the frame. In doing so her shoulder was dislocated.
