What happened
On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] the employee was trying to pick up some broken pieces of glass she founded right next to the Depalletizer accumulation table 1. As the employee was traying to go over the accumulation table exit conveyor she used the step ladder designated for this action. This ladder has the ceiling approximately 5 feet apart from the platform of the ladder which is forcing the employee to bend half of her body to the front in order to go through the ladder. The employee mentioned that she felt discomfort on her lower back as she was passing the ladder. Employee will see medical help.
