What happened
This employee was pushing the large laundry bin full of clean linen through the back door from the lower level to be pushed through the parking lot and around to the front entrance because the elavator doesn 't work. During this time of exiting the laundry bin started to tilt to the left due to the incline and this employee pushed harder and caught the laundry bin from rolling over and that is when the laundry bin fell and pressed into the left wrist of the employee causing a lump to be seen visibly.
