What happened
On [REDACTED] FSR arrived at store [REDACTED] around [REDACTED]. FSR was lifting the pallet dolly onto a shopping cart to bring it into the store. FSR twisted wrong and felt a strain. FSR still went into the store to try and work but was unable to. FSR gathered their stuff and went home to rest. FSR reported this incident to supervisor on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. FSR said they were going to play it day by day to rest and ice. FSR has been in contact with supervisor every day and on [REDACTED] FSR mentioned wanted to seek medical attention. FSR called Travcare.
