The DA stated that after having made a delivery to the porch of the designated delivery location she turned and while returning to her delivery van a dog suddenly appeared from around the side of the house at the delivery location and aggressively chased her. She was not able to make it back to the safety of her delivery van before the dog was able to attack her by latching its teeth onto the calf of her left leg.
