[REDACTED] was squatting down to pick up a package from the rear of her delivery van she suddenly experienced a shooting pain originating from her right ankle and shooting up her right leg. She indicated that the pain later traveled to the top of her foot and shot up her right leg. Shortly thereafter she reported feeling a throbbing sensation along with sharp pain on the right side of her right ankle.
