maint tech had a work order to replace belts on PM1 process clarifier recirc pump that had come of Motor base bolts used for adjustments were in disrepair and could not be used to move the motor inward to put belts on EE forced belt over sheave using his gloved hands as belt was going on pump sheave EE left index finger was pinched between the belt and sheave EE received a deep cut and was taken off site in which he received 5 stitches and returned to work
