Before the incident
TM starting their shift cutting off bind up wires on Sort Line production floor inside Screens (GS5) When that job task was competed TM passed a 55gallon container of wire and Debris over a bar railing inside the screen to their Lead to dispose of TM right arm made contact with a diabetic insulin needle that was hanging from the railing bar (support beam) while making the transaction with their lead After TM noticed he was struck TM immediately reported the incident to management staffing TM was informed by the Temp Agency to seek medical attention where they received treatment beyond 1st aid and able to return to work without restrictions
