Employee was moving the portable oil drum to fill a lube tank When the employee went over the hump in the basement to drum tipped and fell onto the ground The drum then began to leak some oil The employee then go off the truck and tried to lift the oil drum and hurt his back He got another employee to help him lift the drum The employees then cleaned up three gallons of oil that spilled and continued to move the drum
