Team member was threading the sheet through the winder in thread mode The sheet broke and a piece of trim was left lying across the drums They reached to remove this trim while simultaneously stepping on the safety mat which is their normal method of stopping the winder while threading Prior to the drum coming to a complete stop about of the tip of their left thumb became pinched between the drum and the core chuck They instinctively pulled their hand back which left the glove trapped in the pinch point
