A team member was working on [REDACTED] replacement during an outage The old guide roll had been removed leaving the 3 headbox lips exposed The team was also changing the doctor blade for the roll which was being difficult to remove His knee was in contact with the slice apron as he bent down to help remove the doctor When he stood up he noticed that he had a laceration just below the patella of his left knee
