What happened
Using the manipulator he stepped back and his left foot made contact with an empty tote behind him. He pushed the tote with his foot to move it when the tote slid against another tote beside it. He stepped back to move the manipulator to the window frame and made contact with the same tote losing his balance and twisted his left ankle.
