What happened
IE was cleaning and organizing their work area stepped on a pallet to retrieve a box. Lost balance when picking up box while stepping from pallet when loss of balance occurred IE stepped back to catch themselves and the back foot caught on plastic wrapp still wrapped around the pallet when they twisted to catch herself and fell backwards to the floor striking the floor. Harming thier upper left buttock contusion and lower back. Twist causing leg and foot pain.
