IE was attempting to place components on a two heel dolly working with another employee when they dropped the box onto the two wheel dolly while it was not yet placed to the floor the force of the dropped materials onto the cart forced such leverage that the cart handle popped out of the co-workers hands and the cart flung back and struck IE in the head.
