EMPLOYEE WAS USING A KLEVER X-CHANGE T-BLADE STYLE SAFETY KNIFE TO CUT BOX TOPS OFF OF CORRUGATED PACKAGING. EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING TOWARDS HIS BODY WITH HIS RIGHT HAND IN THE PATH OF TRAVEL OF HIS BLADE. BLADE CAUGHT THE WEBBING BETWEEN HIS RIGHT THUMB AND RIGHT INDEX FINGER CAUSING A LACERATION.
