What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Ferber employee [REDACTED] was preparing to use a scissor lift in the 2nd floor electrical room of the IKO job site. [REDACTED] was cleaning off the deck of the lift prior to operating it. As he removed a large roll of tape it slipped and sharply pulled his arm down as it fell cause a pop and pain in his cervical spine. The pain in [REDACTED] 's back grew worse as the day progressed.
