[REDACTED] the employee was working on the welding station in [REDACTED] at the [REDACTED] when after starting the cycle of the machine she realized that accidentally forgot the drill inside the station.The employee attemped to bypass the safety light curtains to pick the drill up while the door was closing. Despite the safety light curtains working properly as designed the door pressure and speed at the end of the stroke allowed the door to continue to close but not relieve pressure hitting her left wrist causing a fracture.
