[REDACTED] was coming down the step stool after adjusting the cups in the infeed conveyor on the Single spotpack as he came down his foot slipped off the bottom step causing him to fall into the glue pellet case. While falling he hit is right arm mainly his right elbow. I looked at his right elbow did not see any swelling but he said it is still stiff from the incident.
