What happened
While practicing use of force ground fighting with another employee employee was on back with an employee over the shin on hip position. The employee moved to own right wrist with the employee 's right wright and as they did employee felt a popping in wrist. Felt mild immediate pain when they switched positions the employee put their weight on their wrist and pain became more severe. Employee informed instruction and began icing.
