Regular flight attendant duties during cart service. Pushing pulling beverage cart

EE stated that while pushing the beverage cart she pulled with her left arm (non-dominant arm) and she felt a strain in her elbow. however not paying much attention to it during that time. As the days progressed and months she decided to report it because it is very painful. She doesn 't recall exactly what date she was injured she is using [REDACTED] as an approximate date of injury. She had me go through the entire month of [REDACTED] searching for the trip that she was the D as she is sure that that is the position she was working when injured. I asked her why she didn 't report it sooner and she mentioned that her crew advised her that she should document with Hartford. I had to correct her and told her that workers comp was Sedgwick and gave her the toll-free number to call them directly to open a claim as she was already at the clinic [REDACTED].
