EE ALLEGES ABOUT [REDACTED] SHE WAS PICKING UP BOXES WEIGHING BETWEEN 23 POUNDS AND 37 POUNDS ONE AT A TIME OFF OF THE ROLLERS PUT THEM ON ANOTHER ROLLERS WHEN SHE TWEAKED OR PULLED A MUSCLE IN HER MIDDLE UPPER BACK. EE DENIES ANY OTHER INJURIES. RN ADVISED THE APPLICATION OF ICE. EE CAN WALK INDEPENDENTLY. NO CHANGES IN BOWEL OR BLADDER FUNCTION. EE REPORTS PAIN IN THE MIDDLE UPPER BACK THAT DOES NOT PREVENT HER FROM DOING HER NORMAL ACTIVITIES.
